1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Bible Instant application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this application.
2. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download one copy of the Bible Instant application on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This license does not allow you to:
- Modify or copy the material (texts, images, source code);
- Use the material for commercial purposes or for any public display;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the application;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the material.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
The application offers a free version as well as a "Premium" subscription giving access to additional features (all themes, unlimited widgets, exclusive content).
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
Free Trial: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
4. Disclaimer
The content of the Bible Instant application is provided "as is". The application is a tool for spirituality and personal well-being but does not replace professional medical, psychological or theological advice. We do not guarantee that use of the application will produce specific results for every user.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Bible Instant or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the application.
